How long does shipping take?

Shipping depends on location. When ordering “Ready to Ship,” it takes me 1-2 days to drop it off at the post office. From there, depending on location, it can take anywhere from 4-10 days to deliver.

FOR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS: Made-to-order means I can make you your one-of-a-kind item. You pick the size and color; from there, it will take me around 3-6 weeks to make the item. I will stay in contact with you weekly for updates. Made-to-order items are not refundable; no returns and no exchanges.

Where are you shipping from?

Being a military family, I get asked where I’m shipping from. My current shipping location is Belgie, Wallonia Region. I will ship using Bpost,DHL or USPS. WARNING: If there is a customs fee, you the buyer, will be in charge of paying this fee.

Can you bundle shipping for separate orders?

Yes! When you place more than one order, send me an email at info@amysnooks.com with your order numbers, and I can combine them to ship together.

I’m local in Belgium. Can I pick up my order?

YES!!! If you’re in SHAPE, Mons area, Lens/Jurbise, Burgellete, or Attre/Ath. I’m more than happy to meet up for pick-up. I do offer an option on my checkout page but you can also email me at info@amysnooks.com with your order number and request a local pick-up. I will have you show proof of purchase and ID for pick up.
